To really get the feel of the whole tone scale into your hands and to fully understand how to use it in improv you've got to study sequencing. Since the scale is symmetrical the way it lays on the fretboard can be somewhat awkward and this lesson will help you overcome that so you will feel more comfortable playing whole tones.
